The EB Space is going through a transition right now - one rooted in clarity, integrity, and making sure this community has the strongest possible foundation for the future. One of the co-founders has exited and as part of that transition, access to the original Discord server is no longer available.​
But..here’s what really matters:
The EB Space isn’t just a platform - it’s a community of people who care about honesty, generosity, and real conversation in employer branding. And that is very much alive.

I’m in the process of rebuilding our community home in a new space that reflects the values The EB Space was always meant to embody: safety, kindness, no ego, and true connection. A fresh start, with stronger foundations.
