What is The EB Space?
The EB Space is a community of folks by employer branders, for employer branders. Started by two friends Alex Her and Claire de Souza, the goal is to help the employer brand and recruitment marketing community around the world with great discussion, events, and resources. The community is for those, whether new or experienced, who enjoy discussing all things employer brand. We want to help one another work through situations and level up together to further the employer branding industry. The group is confidential, and so our membership is only for those who are actively in the space and doing the work.
With the space you will see no big agencies, no paywalls, no selling. Vendors can't join our community, but where they want to support the space, they have their own spotlight channel which our members can access if they would like to.

The EB Space is an online, truly global community of in-house professionals and small consultants in employer brand. It's a free community, and exclusive by design, open to those who work in employer branding.

The community is online on Discord. It’s one app you can access on your phone or web. It’s a space where you can chat freely, network, and where we also run events regularly with guest speakers. Ask questions, guidance, share industry knowledge, meetups, even a meme!

Every member is vetted before they come in. We have community rules and guidelines that every member is asked to follow. It's a safe space following Chatham House rules and we expect all our members to be respectful. Additionally, our admins ensure that our rules are followed.

You can fill out our member form, and if your membership is approved you will be sent an invite link. Every request to join is carefully vetted as we do check that you do the work first.
Our Founders
Alex Her
Alex currently resides in Austin, TX, and enjoys all things employer branding, recruitment marketing, and candidate experience. As well as being the co-founder of the The EB Space, he is a founding leader on the Employer Brandwagon, and the Head of Employer Brand at GoDaddy. When he's not working he enjoys traveling, being with family, music, movies, podcasts, and mentoring others.

Claire de Souza
Claire is based near London, in the UK. When she isn't doing things associated with The EB Space you can find her over at one of the UK's largest retailers where she leads on their employer brand and attraction activities.
In her spare time she can be found running her side hustle art business, doodling away on something or with her head stuck in a good book.
