On 7 May 2025, we launched the very first EB Uncut: the Unconference—a full-day, off-site adventure designed to shake things up and rethink how we connect, share, and grow in the world of employer branding.
It was a safe, collaborative space for real talk—no fluff, no filters. Just bold ideas, interactive panel sessions, and plenty of time to meet brilliant people and spark meaningful conversations. This was community, uncut. With tickets at just £100, support was offered to those not currently working—because access matters. And this was just the beginning.
We’re all about doing things differently—which is why are taking a fresh approach, from true partnership to paying our panellists .
We had a day packed full of insights and wisdom, with engaging panel sessions and plenty of breaks to recharge, connect, and keep the energy flowing.
We lined up a series of thought-provoking topics —designed to challenge thinking, spark ideas, and inspire action.
We’re all about bringing diverse voices to our panels—and that includes you. This is your chance to be part of the conversation. Register now for future opportunities
This event was made possible by our carefully chosen partners, who share our vision to disrupt and rethink employer branding.

Let’s be real—being out of work is tough. And even when event tickets are free, travel and food can still be a barrier. We want to make sure our events are accessible to everyone. That’s why we’re covering the full cost—ticket, travel, and sustenance—for at least 10 employer branders who are currently out of work. The only catch? You’ll need to be UK-based (for now—we’re working on expanding that!).
Need support? Just drop us a message or email hello@theebspace.com and we’ll take it from there.
Our community is full of brilliant voices—but let’s face it, it’s often the loudest ones who get heard. We want to change that. That’s why every panel we run will include at least one speaker from the community. This is your chance to put yourself forward. Nominate yourself, share your story, and be part of the conversation. To keep things fair, speaker applications will be reviewed by the partner hosting each panel. We’re all about fresh faces, new perspectives, and making space for new voices that deserve to be heard. Nominate yourself now to be on one of our future panels.
Leap Create is our Gold Partner for this event. From ideation to execution, they’ve played a key role in bringing this vision to life.
We'll be working closely with them beyond the Unconference too—from follow-up activities to ongoing community support—making sure we create something truly impactful, together.
We’re teaming up with the awesome team at Havas, who are not only providing a fantastic venue for the Unconference, but also supporting us behind the scenes with all the event logistics to help bring the day to life.
The Martec are long-time partners of The EB Space and will be supporting one of our sessions at the event. They’re fully behind the vision of EB Uncut and believe in what we’re building together.
Vercida's commitment to inclusive, values-driven workplaces aligns perfectly with the spirit of EB Uncut, and we are proud to have them as a partner with their CEO joining one of the key conversations of the day on inclusion.
We’re thrilled to have Yoke as a partner. With recruitment marketing at the heart of their work, Yoke brings a deep understanding of how to connect with talent. With their Creative Director also co-hosting on the day, the collaboration felt like a natural fit.
No event would be complete without a film crew - and that's where Entroxy come in. As great content storytellers they know how to bring an event to life to share the story beyond the day
