Joining our community
Our community is for those who work in the employer branding and recruitment marketing space. You can sign up to space using this link. and your application will be vetted by our admins. We will make sure you are doing the work before inviting you to join the community on Discord
Vetting process
Our vetting process is really simple - we just look at your LinkedIn profile. We just want to understand the work you do. We appreciate that sometimes a job title isn't always descriptive of the role so make sure you have a description under your job role.
If your employer is / you lead an agency in the spaceof 20 people or more, than we won't allow you to join to protect the integrity of our community because it is for practitioners. However we are open to discussion so please reach out to us if you think you should be part of it.
How long it takes
We aim to get back to all membership enquiries as soon as possible. Whilst we will try and aim for 5 days there are occasions where this may take longer so if you haven't hear from us please reach out.
